They completely scam/ trick you with the completely unreasonable pricing here. I walked in thinking i’m paying 35$ for an acrylic fill and french tip design (as they have listed… read more on the website). i paid 60$ because apparently i used gel polish instead of regular – they NEVER made me aware of this, they just handed me a bucket of gel colors and told me to choose, not once did they tell me it would be an extra 15 DOLLARS for putting gel instead of regular polish (i’m pretty sure you can’t use regular polish on acrylic nails). I came in with my nail length and asked them to just file it so i got an upcharge for that as well because they were long (this makes 0 sense to me as i came in with the same length i left with). the job they did was extremely rushed and my nails are pretty clumpy. When i went back to ask why I was charged 60$ She gave me some BS answer that since i got a fill its 30 then add 5 for long nails then add 15 because i got gel polish and 10 because i got french. There is No way I would have came here if i knew i would be paying 60$ for this. I also came in with my cuticles already trimmed and had not work done on them. I do not recommend going here, their prices are not what they make you pay and the work is not what you pay for. I would have been okay with paying 60$ if i had previously known that that would be the price and the work they did was good. I did not even receive any hand cream or cuticle oil at the end of my service. Update: I tried to call back and explain my situation one final time and was met by a completely inflexible, rude, and blaming woman. She told me that it was my fault for not speaking up (i went back in twice to ask for the reason that the price was so high) and was told that i could get a 25$ gift card for my troubles. I refused the gift card as I refuse to go back in there for service and requested a refund as that is what is right. She hung up the phone mid sentence and the phone would not go through for about an hour after that. I finally was able to get ahold of them once again in which the owner did not speak to me while I tried to explain how this was upsetting me and get her to put herself in my shoes. I was hung up on 3 times so far.
